Brianna recognized a major shortage of fashion-forward gameday accessories and envisioned a designer quality pair of statement earrings to wear when she attends college football games. Brianna shared her ideas with her husband, who instantly became her biggest supporter and encourager to make this vision come to life. Brianna was determined to create a collection of earrings that would meet her own standards for jewelry and combine her appreciation for high-quality with bold designs and color.

The "RLN" part of TeamRLN stems from Brianna's former fashion and lifestyle blog, Red Lips & Nails. Since launching TeamRLN, Brianna has taken a hiatus from blogging but she still sports her signature red lips & nails.
